Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants. Please take into account that in order to apply for a visa you need the hard copy of a special invitation letter that we have to send you. Also consider that around 30 days may be needed to process the visa.

An official invitation letter will be sent upon request. This personal invitation only intents to facilitate travel and visa arrangements to the registered participants.
